When staying in my apartment, I've only got a few key rules:

In doubt or need help?

I'll usually be in town during your stay. If you're in doubt about anything at all, make sure to give me a call.

- Check-in is 2PM or later on the day of arrival.

- I'll be happy to meet you either at the apartment or in the neighborhood to give you the keys.

- You'll find clean towels, linens, and everything else you need laid out for you.

- The building is pretty sound-proof and I am on good terms with my neighbors, but please still take care to be quiet if you are getting home later than 11 PM.

- WIFI passwords can be found on the router in the living room. It's also on a note on the living room table.

- When cooking, please make sure to air out properly afterwards.

I love renting out my home - and even more when I get it back in good condition. I take care of cleaning the apartment after your stay, so all you have to worry about is a few key things:

- Make sure to leave the keys in the apartment - preferably where we agreed so I can easily find them.

- Don't leave any open food in the fridge.

- Do the dishes before you leave.
